Cross Country Home Services is the leading provider of home warranty and homeowner assistance programs to the financial services, real estate, retail, utility and other industries. The company is also actively involved in developing and managing emerging connected home programs.

Financial Recovery Technologies focuses on claims management solutions that help institutional investors maximize recovery from securities class action settlements. Clients include sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, hedge funds, asset managers and other institutions.

Agero Connected Services/ATX Group
A division of Agero before it was divested, ATX is the leading independent provider of connected vehicle services for the automotive industry. Acquired by Agero (then Cross Country Automotive Services) in 2008, the company was purchased by Sirius XM Radio in November 2013.

United Automobile Association/China Auto Rental
UAA/CAR is the largest auto club and car rental agency in China. Agero (then Cross Country Automotive Services) acquired a minority stake in 2007 and sold its interests back to the company in 2011. CAA is now part-owned by Hertz China and several other investors.

eSupport Now
One of the first Internet customer care companies, providing live chat, email and click-to-call services. Merged with a Canadian firm in 2001.

MoveCentral
AnInc 500winner that specialized in “pre-move” marketing and identifying relocating consumers for acquisition, retention, and cross-sell opportunities. Initially founded as Before You Move / The Address Express, the company was transformed into a leading website and was acquired by Monster.com in 2000.

NorCross Teleservices
A joint venture with Norrell Corporation (eventually part of Spherion), NorCross quickly became one of the largest contact center outsourcing firms in the country, with over 5000 employees. The company was sold in 1998 and formed the basis of what is now one of the country’s leading contact center outsourcers.

First Notice Systems
A pioneer in outsourcing first notice of loss reporting for the insurance industry. Acquired by CRA Managed Care (now Concentra) in 1997.
