Mara Lupacchino

Chief Financial Officer

Mara Lupacchino is the Chief Financial Officer of The Cross Country Group (CCG), whose strong reputation for success, excellence and stewardship is owed to personal growth and many talented individuals who invested their time with her. Mara started out in a traditional accounting path with regional CPA firms. Her appetite for continuous learning and improvement led her to PwC where her career was abundant serving public and private audit clients in a variety of industries, director of M&A services, defining Firm strategy and leading sales and marketing activities. Her passion for privately held family run businesses led her to WB Mason Co. Inc., where she served as VP of Finance and CFO, among other things.

She pursued her passion for numbers at Northeastern University where she obtained her bachelors degree in accounting and finance. She holds her CPA and resides on various boards.
